The full size 1/1 GN chafer features a glass lid that opens with a smooth hydraulic motion, and can stay open at 60°.
A water return system ensures condensation flows back into the water pan, and not the food pan.
The dish is also compatible with traditional chafing fuel.

Including one table knife, one table fork and a dessert spoon, you will be able to place the cutlery on your table with plates and remove the guess work from choosing cutlery.
